How accurate are the colour swatches?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure blinds match swatches, dye batches from our manufacturers may vary. We cannot guarantee an exact match even on our samples unless paint finished, as wood is a natural material and does vary slightly in grain and shade although we are very accurate with our stains.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE within mainland UK for all standard deliveries. We can make deliveries to all other destinations but the relevant charges will apply, these will be added to your basket before final payment. Saturday delivery or time slots are available at additional cost.
How soon can I expect my delivery after I place my order?
Shortly after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and although delivery dates cannot be 100% guaranteed, we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards, Most orders are completed within 5-10 working days from receipt of order.
How will my personal details be used?
Your personal data will be used solely to fulfil your requests for our products and services and we assure you that it will not be passed on to third parties, sold, or rented. We will keep you informed on our products, promotions and services only if you have consented to receive such information. For more details please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Call us on 0845 6521963 (local call rate from landlines) or 01233630007 (if you prefer to call from your mobile). We can take credit card orders and any special requirements you may have.
Why are your blinds so cheap compared to other sites?
We manufacture all of our blinds at our factory and sell online directly to the public. Most blind manufacturers sell only to the trade, who of course put their mark-up on the price. We can offer a much larger selection and top end systems such as Louvolite, Hunter Douglas, AG Textiles, Amo and Eclipse at amazing prices.
Who delivers my blinds?
All blinds are delivered free by our national courier. This is our standard service and deliveries are made on weekdays between 9am - 5.30pm. The deliveries are usually made in the morning but this can't be guaranteed.
Can I specify a special time for delivery?
Yes. We can arrange a specific time slot for your delivery, e.g. before 10am or Saturday delivery. This service is offered at an additional charge. Please phone us to arrange
Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes. We offer delivery throughout Europe and the rest of the world at a very reasonable prices. Some of our customers are based as far as Australia. Please contact us for more details.
Is it safe to use my credit card details online?
Yes. Our website is encrypted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is shown by the padlock symbol, located to the right of the address bar on an Internet Explorer browser and is also shown by the address, on all payment pages, beginning 'https' instead of 'http'. We only use Paypal, Google Checkout and RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) Worldpay systems. PayPal and Google Checkout doesn’t require you to fill in your details on our site.
How do I order Free samples?
Whilst you are browsing the many different swatches of fabrics and slats we have you will notice a order sample option on the right. Just click this to have your chosen fabric added to your basket. All of our samples are free of charge and normally delivered next day in first class royal mail post.
Is there a limit to how many samples I can order?
No, not at all, you can order as many samples as you like. It is always advisable to order a sample as what you see on your screen can look different in reality, colours can seem a lot different even between different monitor types.
How do I save my quote?
You can save a quote which will be valid even if our prices increase. You will see a ‘save quote’ button in your shopping cart, click this and follow the instructions. You can retrieve your quote at any time. Please note your quote will only be saved for 30 days.
